How the Guaranteed Rent Program Works

Getting started with LeaseHomez Corporate Housing is simple. Here’s our Guaranteed Rent Program expl

1) Rent Assessment

We provide a free rental assessment for your property. We only need the location/address, number of bedrooms, and property type (apartment/villa, furnishing).

2) Compliance check

We visit the property to ensure it meets the basic standards for our Guaranteed Rent Program. During this visit, we also review the required documents and ownership/rental paperwork. If any mandatory documents or certificates are missing, we can guide you on what is needed and assist with arranging them, where possible, on your behalf.

3) Terms & Agreement

We finalise the rent amount, payment schedule, and the agreement duration (typically 3 or 5 years). We also agree on the handover condition, inspection schedule, and maintenance responsibilities. At the end of the term, the property is returned as per the agreed move-in condition report—subject to fair wear and tear and the agreement terms.

4) Handover

After the handover is completed, we document the property condition (photos/checklist) and activate the agreement as per the agreed start date. Rent is then paid on the scheduled cycle as per the contract. We proceed with occupant onboarding and handle day-to-day coordination and maintenance support during the term.
